These terms cover this website and the information published on it. They are not terms of sale. Anything commercial is settled in a quotation and an order.

Every figure here comes from a product brochure, a specification sheet, or a standard issued by the body named alongside it.
That is a description of how the site is written, not a guarantee of a result in your environment. Print speed, monthly volume, page yield and reject rate all depend on the configuration, the stock, the artwork and the duty the machine is put to. Treat the figures as the basis for a conversation, and confirm the ones your decision rests on before you order.
The specification that governs your order is the one written into the quotation.
The guarantee has its own page, and its five conditions apply together rather than individually. The summary on that page is a plain description of the program, not the contract. The written terms govern. Request them before ordering if the guarantee matters to your decision.
The text, drawings, diagrams and photography here belong to Rosetta Technologies. Quote from them, link to them, and cite them. Do not republish a page wholesale or present it as your own.
Product names and marks belonging to other companies, including Ricoh, are the property of their owners and appear here to identify equipment accurately.
Where a page links to a document or a program run by another organization, that link is provided because it is useful. What is on the far side of it is outside our control.
Pages may be revised as products and standards change. A figure that was correct at one revision may be superseded by the next, which is why the current quotation governs rather than a page you read earlier.
These are website terms. The commercial relationship is a separate set of documents.
Each of those is settled in a quotation, an order, or a service agreement rather than on a web page. Ask for the document that applies to your purchase.
