The box came with a pre-paid shipping label
Most cartridges ship with the return label already in the carton.
- Remove the pre-paid shipping label from the box.
- Place the used cartridge in the box.
- Tape the pre-paid shipping label to the outside.
We run a recycling program in cooperation with Ricoh for end-of-life equipment and supplies. Shipping is pre-paid, and in most cases the label you need is already in the carton the replacement arrived in.
Find the case below that matches what is in front of you. If none of them does, call the shipping department and we will tell you what to do with it.

Remove the label from the box, put the used cartridge in, and tape it on.
Print a pre-paid label from the Ricoh USA recycling page.
Use the box the new product came in, and its return label.
Fewer parcels is the point, and one box has limits: 165 inches maximum length and girth, 108 inches maximum length, 25 pounds maximum weight.
Continental United States only. Shipping questions: (800) 937-4224 extension 123.
The difference between them is only whether a pre-paid label came in the box, and which box the used item goes back into.
Most cartridges ship with the return label already in the carton.
Print one from the Ricoh USA recycling site, which hosts the program with us.
Bottles go back in the carton the replacement product came out of.
The label to print sits about two thirds of the way down the Ricoh recycling page, on the right-hand side: www.Ricoh-usa.com/recycling.
Multiple items can go into one larger box. Fewer packages means less shipping, which is the point of the program, so combine what you have been holding rather than sending each cartridge on its own as it comes out of a machine.
One consolidated package still has to stay inside the carrier limits. All three apply at the same time.
| Measure | Limit |

The program covers the continental United States. Outside it, call us before shipping and we will arrange the return.
Tell us your monthly volume and what you are running now. That is enough for a real answer rather than a brochure.
