Registering a printer you have just installed

Thank you for buying a MICR printer from us. Registration takes five details you can read off the machine and the invoice, and one form, one call or one email.

A new printer still partly in its packaging on an office floor, with the documentation pack and the serial number plate visible on the carton and one person crouched reading it

Have these in front of you: the call takes two minutes with them and twenty without

  1. Model

On the front of the machine.

  2. Serial number

On the rear, or inside the front door.

  3. Purchase date

    From the invoice.

  4. Reseller

    Who you bought it from.

  5. Site address

    Where the machine actually sits.

Register by telephone or email

There is no form here that would post into nothing.

The subject line arrives filled in as Printer warranty registration, which routes it faster. Send the five details below in the body and you are finished.

Before you call or write

Five details, and where each one comes from

  1. Printer model. The model name on the front of the machine, for example P 501M or Pro 8410M.
  2. Serial number. On the label on the machine itself rather than on the carton, which is the number that identifies this specific unit.
  3. Purchase date. The date on the invoice.
  4. Reseller. Who you bought it from, if you did not buy it directly from us.
  5. Site address. Where the printer is installed, which is not always the billing address.

Tell us as well whether you would like emails about promotions, upgrades and new products. That is optional, and registration does not depend on it.

Ask for the written warranty terms when you register, and whether any deadline applies to your model. We will tell you what covers the machine you bought.

The model and the serial number are what we need. Both are on the machine and on the carton it arrived in.

We use this to reply to you. Nothing else. See privacy.
